This information on the processing of personal data by Z-Factor Spółka z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa, hereinafter referred to as Z-Factor, applies to the data received:

Source of data acquisition and categories of data made available by other entities

Z-Factor can receive contact details directly from the data subject (eg through electronic forms or by handing over, for example, business cards) or through other people (e.g. from the employer, another company employee or other entity with whom this person has been cooperating or cooperating in the past).

In the case of direct contact, you have full control over the scope of data made available to Z-Factor.

If the data is shared by another person, Z-Factor usually collects only the basic contact details related to the professional activity, including: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position or function, company and possibly other data resulting from the contract or orders in relation to which the contact details of the contact person are made available.

Legal basis, purposes of processing, processing period

Personal data is processed by Z-Factor for the purposes set out below.

For each purpose, we provided the legal basis for the processing and the criteria for determining the data processing period for this purpose.

I.

PROCESSING PERIOD: duration of obligations and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions

In the case of a contract or order between you and Z-Factor, the data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of executing such a contract or order and settling them.

In the case of electronic forms used to download / order a file (eg a test report, etc.), the given data will be processed in order to deliver the ordered file and for contacts related to it and possible settlements.

II.

OBJECTIVE: newsletter LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 point a) GDPR
PROCUREMENT PERIOD: to cancel the newsletter (withdrawal of consent)

If you agree to receive the newsletter from Z-Factor, your email address will be used to send newsletters. The newsletter will be sent to you at the frequency selected by you to ensure that you have access to up-to-date information on system updates, Demand Outlook system reports, Test Call, Competition Shopping, offers and information about the company's activities. Contact details entered into the electronic form, made available under a contract or order, or made available in other ways may be processed by representatives of Z-Factor to the purpose of business contacts.

Z-Factor representatives can contact you in order to present the offer of Z-Factor, an invitation to a meeting or event organized by Z-Factor or as part of other marketing activities. You may receive occasional information about Z-Factor's products, services or activities and other information related to the business areas of Z-Factor. If you are a representative of a supplier or a service provider, Z-Factor representatives may also contact you to obtain an offer, information or documents.

The processing of your data in this case will be undertaken in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the marketing and sale of products and services and building and strengthening business relationships.

You have the right to object to such processing of personal data in accordance with the information in the part of the AUTHORITY.

V.

OBJECTIVE: organization and promotion of an event / conference / training, LEGAL BASIS:: art. 6 par. 1 point f) GDPR
PROCESSING PERIOD: the period of performing obligations and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions or up to the day of including objections submitted pursuant to art. 21 RHODE

In case of participation in a conference, training or any other event organized by Z-Factor, the given data may be made available to other participants, speakers, hotels and other entities involved in the organization of the event. The information about the speakers can also be made available to the public on the website, in the event application and in promotional and conference materials.

In the case of electronic forms that allow you to sign up for a conference, training or other event organized by the Z-Factor company, the data provided will be processed to organize the event and for contacts with you related to this event and possible settlements.

The processing of your data in this case will be taken in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the performance of contracts concluded, performance of duties and promotion through the organization of events.

You have the right to object to such processing of personal data in accordance with the information in the part of the AUTHORITY.

VI.

OBJECTIVE: performance of a contract or order between Z-Factor and another entity LEGAL BASIS:: art. 6 par. 1 point f) GDPR
PROCESSING PERIOD: the period of performing obligations and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions or up to the day of including objections submitted pursuant to art. 21 RHODE

In the case of indicating you as a contact person by an employer or other entity, your data may be processed for the purpose of performance and settlement of the contract (or order) concluded between Z-Factor and your employer or other entity. Data processing will in this case include ongoing contacts related to the implementation of such a contract, preparation and archiving of contract performance documentation, as well as pursuing claims or defending against claims of the other party.

The processing of your data in this case will be taken in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the protection of rights, performance of contracts and obtaining due remuneration.

You have the right to object to such processing of personal data in accordance with the information in the part of the AUTHORITY.

VII.

OBJECTIVE: cooperation with Z-Factor's partner, LEGAL BASIS:: art. 6 par. 1 point f) GDPR
PROCESSING PERIOD: the period of performing obligations and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions or up to the day of including objections submitted pursuant to art. 21 RHODE

If you are interested in a product or service that is being sold or distributed by a partner of Z-Factor, your personal data will be shared with a dedicated partner. This applies if you are a potential or present customer of Z-Factor, as well as a situation when the contractor or order is / will be your employer or an entity with which you cooperate.

The processing of your data in this case will be undertaken in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the performance of contracts and business development.

You have the right to object to such processing of personal data in accordance with the information in the part of the AUTHORITY.

VIII.

AIM: contacts with the media and promotion of Z-Factor's activities, services and products in the media, LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 point a) GDPR
PROCESSING PERIOD: to resign from contacts (withdrawal of consent)

In the case of journalists, editors, reporters and other journalists, personal data will be processed for the purpose of maintaining the contacts of Z-Factor representatives with the media and to promote Z-Factor's activities, services and products in the media. In particular, this may include information on important events, activities, products and services, and the achievements of Z-Factor.

Contact with a representative of Z-Factor will be treated as consent to such contacts. In the case of consent - consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. For this purpose, please use the contact details contained in the section "CONTACT DATA ON MATERIAL DATA". Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to withdrawal of consent.

IX.

OBJECTIVE: fulfillment of the legal obligation to prepare and maintain documentation, LEGAL BASIS: art.6 par.1 point c) GDPR
PROCESSING PERIOD: date of storage of invoices, accounting books and documents confirming the conclusion and performance of the contract resulting from the national administrator's provisions

In the case of the performance of a contract or order or other service, we will also process personal data included in invoices, in accounting books or in other documentation confirming the conclusion and performance of the contract to draw up and store documents in accordance with applicable law. This applies to situations when you are a party to a contract or order, as well as a situation where the contract or order is your employer or an entity with whom you are cooperating or when any service has been performed on your behalf (eg order fulfillment) ).

Data entered on the electronic form, made available under a contract or order, or otherwise made available to Z-Factor can be processed for the purpose of archiving information or documents confirming the performance of Z-Factor's obligations and for the purpose of asserting possible claims or defending against claims against Z-Factor. This applies to situations where you are a party to a contract or order, as well as a situation where the contractor or contracting party is your employer or an entity you are working with and a situation where, on any basis, Z-Factor was obliged to perform the service on your behalf or implementation of your rights.

In such a case, data processing will be undertaken in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the protection of rights, confirmation of the performance of duties and obtaining due remuneration.

You have the right to object to such processing of personal data in accordance with the information in the part of the AUTHORITY.

Consequences of not giving data

In the case of electronic forms - providing data is voluntary, but not providing data indicated as obligatory (required) results in the inability to send the form and consequently, depending on the type of form, the inability to download the file, participate in an event or subscribe to the newsletter.

In the case of data collected by Z-Factor representatives in the scope of purchasing, sales or marketing activities - providing data is fully voluntary and the consequence of not providing it may be the inability to contact you in the future.

In the case of given persons who are a party to the contract / order concluded with the company Z-Factor - providing data necessary for the performance of the contract and the performance of legal obligations is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

Cancellation of the newsletter

If you agree to the newsletter - consent to the newsletter is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. For this purpose, please follow the instructions contained in the received newsletter or use the contact details contained in the section "CONTACT DETAILS IN MATTERS CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA. ' Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data prior to the withdrawal of consent.

Recipients of data, transfer to third countries

Contact details are stored on servers Axonaris Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., however, they are available remotely for all representatives of Z-Factor.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that personal data may be transferred to a non-EU country in which Z-Factor operates.

The data may be made available to suppliers, service providers and partners with whom Z-Factor undertakes cooperation in the scope necessary to provide services to clients, business contacts, marketing activities and the operation of Z-Factor.

In case of participation in a conference, training or any other event - your data may be shared with other participants, speakers, co-organizers, hotels and other entities involved in the event organization.

In the case of transfer of data to a third country, in relation to which no decision of the European Commission has been issued stating an appropriate degree of protection, Z-Factor companies apply appropriate safeguards through standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or supervisory authority (pursuant to Article 46 para. 2 point c) and d) RODO).

The data provided by you may be processed in order to profile and adjust the marketing content we send, offers or information to your interests and business or professional activity.

However, the data provided by you will not be processed for automated decision making.
